Just Dyno'd My H22
Went to the Dyno Day at Modacar with Mase tuning.... just setup Hondata....here is the results...

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a base run before, so I'll have to go back to the same shop I did a baserun at a few months back to do another baserun so I can compare... because of different model dyno's ... well let you guys know what the gains actually are... btw Heres the previous dyno:

I *guess* that this is most of your setup judging by your "baseline":

Get a better header, 'cause that is a lot of work for only 200hp. But still good numbers.

i dont think its THAT low... considering that he could tweak up some odds and ends here and there.
like an intake manifold...option of upgrading pistons...
sure theres always room for upgrade. but maybe with good tuning and possibly a better header would pull up some more ponies.

yea hoping for better numbers with a new header & manifold, but the gains should show more when I get another baseline at the same place I baselined at before... Hopefully, because I was hoping for higher numbers, I'll keep you posted on the results..

those are ok numbers, but you should be making more. im having issues with my iab's right now, but on my previous run i made 195/150. all i have are crower 2's and a pos dc header... other than that, bone stock, top and bottom. i dont think its so much what you have, but how you use it.
