Hi all! this is my first time here, my name is Sean and currently live in Houston, Texas. I know nothing about cars and my english is not very good, hopefully you guys can understand me and help me out.
I have a 91 Accord LX 4D, and its been giving me this not serious but very annoying problem with the electrical system for more than a year. you know how the lights inside the car above your head over your shoulder are supposed to be turned on automacticlly when you open the doors, its should be beeping if you leave the keys in and the doors open, and its should beep if you forget to turn off the headlights, well my car does none of those. I didnt go to a repair shop cuz they might overcharge me, and other than this the car is running great, although there was one time I forgot to turn off the headlights and my battery ran out. I know theres a failure somewhere in the electrical system but I just dont know what to replace or where to look at.
so what you guys think? is it easy to fix? can I do this myself? thanks in advance.

 

Fuse panel...Located right by your left foot when your driving....Look for any blown fuses.

 

thanks Goinfasterthanu. actually I have taken out the panel and looked at it for several times, just couldnt figure out which one has gone bad and is related to the problem Im having...lol. but since fuses are pretty cheap, Im thinking...replace all of them do you think that will fix the problem? thanks~~
