Default What intakes are good for 02 Accord?

I have a non-brand Cold Air intakes with 3in diameter. It makes a very loud noise. Would my car performance become any better if I were to change it to the AEM Cold-Air Intakes?

not really.. but change the filter to a k&n cone filter.. those generic ones can cause a safety issue.. i've seen a lot of them come apart..

the chances are, you will get pull over one time or the other, if you get caught with a intake without the "Carb EO" sticker, you'll get a ticket.

and to save you some hassle doing emission checking, buy some name brand intake, injen, aem are all passed by cali' air research board. They will the visual inspection when you do your emission too.

around 200 bucks you can get a cai new, i got mine used for 80 bucks.
