and the other is 14X5.5

and the other is 14X5.5
A side from that. Why is one call "take off" and the other one not? Other sizes also have the same two differences.

They are called "take-offs" because they are exactly that, taken off of new cars to have other wheels put on. Occasionally dealerships put aftermarket wheels on cars and so the steel wheels become "take-offs."

So is it fair to say "take offs" are "semi-new" where they come off of new cars, but not new out of the box in the parts dept.
