? for you accord gurus
My friend has a 97 accord was auto.
He put in an H23A Vtec motor swap and changed to manual.
The auto trans computer is unhooked. Has a h22a manual ecu.
He is still getting a code for auto trans.
Car runs fine. No vtec yet is only prob.
How can he clear this code? Is there another computer for trans somewhere else??more than one??

im not 100% sure, but i believe there is some wiring that you need to mess with when you do a tranny swap(dont take word for it cuz i really dont know, sorry)
the vtec problem, just make sure your wiring is done right, and to the correct pinouts, thats about all i can say on that matter!!

Yup. H23 VTEC came in tha accord wagon(JDM). Not a peformance engine as the radical cam lobes were only on the intake cam. More for fuel efficiency.
