Would it be worth it for me to get my head P&P'd?
This is my deal... engine is out of the car (95 JDM GSR)... gunna pull the head to check it all out... not planning on turbo... hardly have money for it but i thought it may save me cash in the future. right now i only have intake headers exhaust for it. No cash for cams...
You don't need to get a Port and Polish until you need that air flow......it would cost less to get cams.

Well if your going to pull the head off then i would say do it cuz you wont need to pull the head of to put your cams in. And if you do decide to do its not like its going to hurt perf. That way when you do put in your cams later then itll kick ***!! yaaahooo
Port and polish it if you got the money for it. Another thing you can do that doesn't costs much is mill the head to increase your compression. This has a very good return for the money spend.
if I had the money, yeah I'd port and polish the thing just so I wouldn't have to pull the head out again.
I didn't have the money when replacing my head but I did have $20 to mill the thing I honestly felt an improvement, almost as much as when I put in my cam.

You will definitely see good gains from headwork. Its just has to be done right. Stock Honda heads flow very well from the factory, so it doesn't take much to improve their flow characteristics. If its done incorrectly you can reduce turbulance and velocity making things worse. Also remember that head work alone won't give you power. Once you have ported and polished your head you will be moving more air, so you will have to add fuel to see your maximum power gains. Using a good fuel controller (like Apex V-AFC) or reprogramming your ECU is highly advised.
I personally recommend Tom at http://www.portflow.com
He is a stand up guy and does excellent work. He does all of our cylinder heads
