is their a lip or sharp edge to the journal that the bearing spun on?
if there is ANY scoring ont he crank then you are looking into buying a new crank or getting the one you have turned down and then micro polished, if you have the machine shop around
i have seen much worse, but if you caught it in time and the journals is not badly scored and gouged, then it can be fixed
edit: also it looks like the rod may have cracked part of the block, what damage did it do to the cylinder??
if you have to have the cylinders all bored because of damage, and then replace all the bearing, and then also have the crank machines and micro polished, plus the cost of new rings and gaskets, it probably would be cheaper to try and find a h22 long block and then just re use your h23 transmission
