ek auto ecu pinouts???

ek auto ecu pinouts???
hi
I was just wondering if anyone has any information on the 96-98 civics with a auto ecu.
I just put in a 99 ls engine and converted to 5 speed and I was now going to get a jumper harness to run obd 1.
my question is is that there are 4 plugs on the ecu (abc,d are all used) so do I just leave the 4th plug out of the obd1 jumper or is there more to it??? also if anyone has a pinout of an auto tranny that would be sweet.
