Default Am I correct with this catchcan setup? (really sweet MSpaint inside)

I've been running a stock PCV system on my car since I boosted it, and since I need to pass tech and emmsions I decided to fix that. Does this look right? Could I pass tech with it?

http://store.summitracing.com/...01560 how would that work for a catch can? cheapest one I could find...

With a filter on the valve cover? I doubt it.

Just leave it stock ustil after you pass...

drill a hole in the pipe pre turbo (intake) and thread a hose fitting in there. Connect the line up and you should be fine..... then after you have passed, run a catch can and plug the hole up.
