Alright, this is how to get a mesh grille with out spending alot of money,

1.Go to any hardware store and buy mesh gutter guard
2.Take off your front bumper and grille
1a.There is one bolt in each wheel well, remove them
2a.2 on the underside of the bumper (maybe others)
3a.Pop up the hood and there are 6 plastic bolts that need to be removed
4a.pull the bumper toward you
5a.U need a little screw driver and undo all the screws on the grille
3. take a saw and cut out around the inside of the grille
4.cut the mesh with wire snips to the right size
5.after cut there are 4 latches try to hook the latches un but if you cant its ok because you can screw the mesh in
6.put all of hte bolts back in to the right holds and put the bumper back on
7.you are done


IF YOU PAINT IT BESURE TO ADD A CLEAR COAT BECAUSE THE PAINT WILL COME OFF WHEN U WAS YOUR CAR AT THE CAR WASH

 

damn i knew i shouldnt have spent $5 for 6 feet off the net thanks for the short cut though. i did a 97 talon they suck. got to take the headlamp out to get the bumper off but you got to take the bumper off to get the headlamp out what a pain

 

I just bought a 99/00 si grille. Looks way better.
