Here is the situation:

I have a 4 door 94 GSR (OBD-1) 5spd car.
I have a 2 door 94 Civic Coupe DX 5spd car NON-VTEC.

I am going to swap the gsr engine into my civic. I know all the info on swapping, but I've never wired it. I've gotten the info on how to wire it so my question is simple. I have 2 ecus:

1 P28 MUGEN chipped
1 P72 STOCK

Would it be easier to wire with the P28 chipped or the P72 ecu? In regards to the knock sensor or anything else for that matter? Also If anyone has any excellent thread links to wiring up VTEC for newbs, could you hook me up. Every swap I have ever completed has been in EX models that have VTEC setup in the harness.
