GSR Dyno sheet needed?
does anyone have a pretty stock gsr with just I E on a dyno sheet with hp and tq figures. as i needing to compare with mine. im planning to put some jun stage 3 cams. why is everyone staying its bad to have stage 3???
I'm pretty sure that in order to run, and run efficiently with Jun stage 3 cams, that you will have to upgrade your valvetrain as well have tuning in order to get the power out of them.
i think anything over stage 1 needs higher compression to be effective, and an upgraded valvetrain to cope with the more agressive profile. i bet if you threw in some JDM ITR or CTR pistons along with the juns and tuned you would get some really nice gains. if you plan to keep the compression stock, you are probably better off w/ stage 1 or 2 cams.
I have a dyno plot of mines white with i/h/e. The stage 3's are usually used for the more hardcore allmotor guys. And stronger supporting mods like raising the compression ratio is needed to get the most out of them.
