Hey all, I found a 1987 prelude and 89 integra parts cars, and would like to know your preference here. The Integra cluster is smaller with an 8K tach + 130 mph, the Prelude says 140. I know the integra is a easier install, but want the prelude gauges. which should i buy?

I should be buying one today so I think the Integra is the way to go. But you can always get both.

 

I would go jdm myself. but if I had to choose between those two I'd go with the Teg.

 

If its cheap enough I would buy the extra one just to throw it off the roof of a tall building or somethin

 

Haha yea I think I'll drop the leftovers on some bums from the 7th floor, but only ones who step out of a Hyundai or something kay Al. Anyone have a link of how to install the Prelude speedo in an EF hatch? I heard the Integra stuff is very straightforward, but want the Lude's BIG dials and 140+ mph.

 

Update: Bought & installed 1989 CRX Si cluster in '91 5-spd STD hatch (d15b1) but having probs. It appears that I have to make a custom, remapped wiring board to make 88-89 gauges get along w/ 90-91 Civic. DAMN, break out the soldering gun...
