Default Where can I buy oem parts

i have a 99 civic si and when i purchased it. it didnt have the stock spoiler. I was j/w is there any good website were i can buy one. I wouldnt mind buyin a used one if someone wants to sell me theirs

But you'll probably drop ~$250 for one there.

Those are good for parts, but do they sell OEM accessories there?
