Default Suspension Questions

What is the name of the thing that goes ontop of a shock, its aftermarket, its for lowered cars and it gives the shock more travel? i remember seeing them about a year ago, i found them when i was buying my suspension. can someone help me out

they're called top hats. ground control makes some for more suspension travel.

it's the top mount.. i haven't really seen them for hondas yet, but i know several miata people use them in the rear..

there's a local autocrosser with a del sol that did a diy project on his car for the rear shocks. gave about 2-3 inches of additional shock travel.
