i just blew my h22. i know a guy that had a h23 prelude and he want to make h23 vtec and he ask me to sale the motor to him so he can take out the head. he offer me $200 for the whole motor. how much should i sale it to him. i know that the head itself cost about 600-800 dollars.

 

depends on how you blew the motor

 

i bought a jdm h22 head with a few bent valves for $350 canadian
everything else was fine....

 

i bought a perfect H22A1 motor for 200 but i got a steal Id guess 350 is ok depending on how you blew it, like satan_srv said

 

Well like previously said you need to state how you blew your motor, otherwise I would say SELL it for around $250-$350.
