Stop trying to drift, your car isnt RWD.

I dunno if this will work but unplug your battery and plug it back in.

I would have to look at a schematic or something but I imagine it's a normally open switch - located at the base of your ebrake. when the ebrake is DOWN the switch is OPEN, so no current goes thru and the light doesn't light up, as soon as the ebrake is lifted up, the (possibly spring loaded?) switch goes from OPEN to CLOSED and the light lights up... so what would i do?
I would remove the plastic moulding around the ebrake and check the switch for alignment and toggle it a few times with contact cleaner - while watching the dash - if there is no response I would assume the switch is stuck (spring broken?) OPEN or the closed contacts are burnt out (rare) and replace the switch....

but that's if the switch is where i think it is - and if it operates the way i think it do!

best of luck.

Check your brake fluid. Slightly low brake fluid can cause the light to come on or even flicker also.

Also, check the float in you brake fluid resevoir. Sometimes they will stick and cause the light.

if it keeps leaking check the lines and if there isnt a leak in the line then your master cylinder might be leaking...

Dude, go to honda and pay for a brake flush and bleed. My Japanese Prelude only has 25k-miles when I got it and probably didn't ever have a brake flush/bleed. (in 13yrs!)

After I put fresh pads onto the car I bleeded the system but because they have a pressure accumulator and all the other advanced ABS stuff you were suppposed to let Honda do it with the special tools.

After I bled them like a normal car I got the 'ABC', 'TCS' & '( 0 )' lights lit. Took it to honda, they ended up flushing it 4x times!! & re-bleeding it. And after that all the warning lights went out, handrake light started functioning properly and everythings back to normal!

Go to Honda man, I bet you had some garage bleed your brakes like an everyday car (you should know the preludes a special car man), either that or in your wreck you severed a line/got air into the system somhow

check the little white button switch under the ebrake lever inside the console, also check the tension on your ebrak cable, maybe try loosening it and realeasing the brake to see if the light goes off. if that doesnt work maybe there is a problem with the wiring, something could have come loose or got damamged in the accident
