Not sure about the V2, but the AEM CAI will fit (LS --> ITR) If the original AEM fits, then I don't see why a V2 wouldn't.

ones for a gsr wont fit because of the difference in the intake manifold designs. try the one for the ls out, maybe it will fit....

but someone i know has it. works pretty good from his opinion. but he's got a built b16 so yeah

Go for the GruppeM carbon fibre system it is widely considered to be the best cos it provides true cold air induction via a ram-air scoop at the scuttle panel and a highly efficient K&N cone filter while the carbon fibre construction resists heat soak very well, with an independent source claiming that with the aid of a remote thermal probe the temp. of the air entering the actual filter is only one degree above ambient!

well there is a GruppeM USA website cos I checked first but although the home page came up I had trouble accessing the site. Honestly the product is sheer quality and most importantly it works very well, and bein an aircraft engineer I can tell you that the CF is of aircraft quality and so it also looks the business and is well worth taking the trouble to source cos let's face it most induction kits are **** all you usually get for your hard earned is admittedly a nice throaty rip but at the cost of power!
I see that Pyro has one fitted to his ITR but I don't see the ram-air scoop that I have on my DC5 so i don't know whether or not the DC2 unit is different!

I don't think they make the V2 for the ITR but I did have it on my GS-R. I had to wait 2 months for it cause as soon as it was published that they were out I ordered one. On the GS-R it was damn good. They only problem I had was it would rub on one of the AC line nuts and caused some damage to the outside of the intake. Other than that I was very happy with it.

I was told by a AEM guy that the V2 CAI doesnt work well with the B18c5. It has something to do with the air flow characteristics of the ITR intake manifold / flow turbulance etc. So i was told.

AEM V2 is overpriced, and it isn't any better than the regular aem CAI.

Some people say the V2 is bullshit, others say it isn't.

I thought about getting rid of my AEM, and getting a J's air intake. If I was sure about stayin N/A I would get one.

Well my friend who has an RSX S gained 1mph and decresed .2 of his 1/4 mile time from changing the V2 to the regular CAI. The 1/4 mile times where constant and on the same day, also it was the only mod.

BTW I have seen plenty people complaining about this on the net ...pz

i had the aem cold air on my ITR and i liked it alot, they dont have the V2 just the reg cold air intake. I think that for the $$ the AEM is the best ? and for the people in cali, its CARB approved.

The only reason that i took it off is because i went turbo
