h22 in EG HELP!!!!!!

im new to this engine in the kind of car.. any suggestions to do? suspension? performance? internal? etc?

a little more info is needed before we can help. suggestion on puttin an h22 in an eg?? suspension to go with the h22 or stock?? performance,internals on the h22??
