Default Do I need new valvesprings and retainers?? plz help

hey guys,
Ok im posting in here because you all motor guys know the most usually about stuff like this. I just bought buddyclub spec 3 plus cams today with the cam gears. The guy I got them from said I dont need to upgrade my stock valvetrain. I wont be reving anywhere past 8k becuase I am on a gsr Plate nitrous system. I just want to be sure that I can or if I cant so i cant just wait till I get the money to do the valvetrain. Thanks guys

Buddy club themself said they ran their dyno's on GSR/ITR setups.. anything in the b16 range needs replacment. They even suggest and mentioned that was for dyno runs.. if your daily driving and going to keep these long term. Strongly suggest Springs at least but Sp/Retainers for sure!!

good valve train = insurance. What if you misshift and over rev on a stock b16 train? If I were you, I would pick up a set of springs and retainers.
