Default high rev problem

I've got a 90 STD hatch that has just recieved a b16a1 swap. Everything works, the engine pulls well but it won't rev to 8200. It revs to 7800 rpm. I think the problem is the rotor and cap (i did'nt replace them). I was wondering had anyone else experienced this. Oh yeah, the ECU and head are PR3.

check your timing? I did my mpfi swap and my car would only rev out to 6000 instead of 7200, because my timing was far off.
