Default How to tell if obd1 ecu is Faulty ?

I just did a b16 swap into my eg and its not starting .. i think it could be the ecu but how can i tell if the obd1 ecu is faulty.. thank you

I had that happen basically code 1 and no fuel priming.

when my ecu went bad I had a solid CEL. I'd jump it and the light would not blink.
