So, i was thinking...
If i bought a header that was not CARB-legal (such as a hytech or prospeed), could i take it to a state ref and have it checked off or recieve some sort of certificate or certification that my car will pass smog with the part installed?
Or am i thinking that a ref does something totally different of what i thought it did? Anyways, you know what im getting at, any help is appreciated.
Just in case if anyone is wondering, yes, i do live in California

you would not pass state ref with those prospeed or hytech. If your wanna pass state ref and still making hp, go with greddy with 2.5 collector.
