need some quick help... EF mangs

hey guys, need to pick some of ur brains.

got this piece.. wondering what EF its for.

i think its for HB, but need to know 100%

..whats the number etched in the plastic or..is that the box it came in..number on there??

yes i had 1 just like that 1 time and i took it off and compared which is lighter ...sad bec the black 1 from a std is lighter than that ......
