trix, and everyone else, I am in Pennsylvania. If you have the factory radio in your 96 hatch (in the dash), then this cd player should plug right into the back of it. Then the cd player is mounted down below, by the cupholders.

I don't know if it plays cdRs, as I only used it for a short time, and only played regular cds in it. And I will not sell it for 30 shipped, especially since that would include shipping across the country. Either offer more or look elsewhere.

wushubrian, I am almost 100% sure the cam gear will fit a y7, but check to be sure. I'm sure it wouln't take long to get an answer on this forum. (I also sent you a pm)
