Default Torque on Fidanza Cam Gear Nuts?

I have a set that I bought used and need to know what the torque on the lock nuts is supposed to be. Fidanza does not have it posted on their site and I e-mailed them w/ no response. Thanks.

Fidanza uses the German torque specs. Goutien Tight

UPDATE: Fidnaza returned my e-mail and the torque is 45in/lbs.

there is no torque spec on flywheel.. just the star pattern...
