i dont think so. that plug is way up in the dash. i believe the computer diagnostic port is on the support bar of the air blower. (right side dark gray plug) any other ideas?

Correct, The Diagnostic port is a distinct shape plug, Its the same shape as every car 1996+up.

On that plug, examine it real closely, Does it have any scratch marks, clean spots or any indication that it once was plugged up? Usually a plug will leave a small scratch or scuff when its removed.. If it looks brand new, that could be a sign it was never plugged up.

That side of the engine bay had a a couple loose plugs last time i saw it.

Judgeing by the length, Its gonna be one of only two things, Either something for the engine controls, or a windshield wiper thing.

Start your car up, take it for a drive, does it run perfect? How about all the controls in the car?

If so, then I wouldnt think it does anything. Honda does have a few plugs that go nowhere, its not uncommon

Do you have cruise control? If not there is there plug for it, for sure if it is the left hand side area near the shell of the car.
