Car smoking/making high pitch noise
Hello I have a 94 integra GSR. I have had it for about a year. It has never given me any problems. My car has been off-road for about 5 months because the hood and rear bumper were damaged and it got unregistered. I have been starting it up and everything has been fine. I tried starting it today and it wouldn't. It has been really cold recently and I hadn't started it for about 2 weeks so I thought the battery was dead. I got my dad to jump it and after a few turnovers it started but started making a high pitch whistle. Then it shutoff. We tried again and it started but again with the high pitch whistle only this time it started steaming and it smelled like it was burning. Then it really started smoking and really smelled burning (this came from the engine). Is my engine blown? Is it battery related or fuel related? please help!
Please somebody help me out.
It has been starting fine and I've been driving it regularly every week. It has been really cold out for 2 weeks since I started it last. The smoke is coming from a little underneath the headers.

Did the battery melt? Did the cables melt? This could of been caused by the cables being hooked up backwards.
Smoke from under the header?? There is nothing really under the header. Is there any oil on the ground? When it ran did it run ok, or was the idle rough?
The high pitch squeek could of been from a belt squeeking. Is the car inside or out? Any chance of the fluids freezing?

Well the white smoke was coming from the engine bay. It smelled burning and not sweet like coolant. The high pitch noise was more like a whistle. The idle was difficult and it was a clicking noise. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get it started from being jumped. That squeaky high pitch noise sounds exactly like if you lost steering fluid in your car when you turn. The car was standing still but making that noise as the burning smoke increased.
OK I checked my car this morning and I checked the coolant level and there isn't a drop in it. I looked for any crack on the coolant box but there was nothing. If I put coolant in it now should it start up fine?

sounds like u got a hell of a problem dog. white smoke generally isn't good. If there was no coolant in it and u ran it there may be a chance that u may have burnt something what it could be? i dunno. u may want to take it to the shop and have them take a look at it before u mess it up even more.
