ITR expo should give you a clue why Some other cars are allowed to participate, but have to get special permission.

I honestly can barely comprehend half of peoples replies, this being one of them. Like P Nut said, ITR EXPO can maybe give it away, but after reading your reply, I'm unsure.

Wish I could go, but IOWA??? is that even a state anymore??? RGoose says bring the beast back east.
