noob who found a resister box at a junkyard

i went to the junkyard looking for some stuff and found this inside some random non honda car.

will this work?

measure the resistance just to be sure but it should work, looks like the ones that are commonly used

Same one I have. It works. That's all I can say about it.

Except I cleaned mine off a bit and coated it BBQ black. I like stealthy stuff.
