Default Intake manifold

D16Z6..... have a chance to grab a skunk2 intake manifold....my question is will it do much good? I have a CAI on it right now and might be able to turbocharge it. The only reason im debating this is it makes no sense to have an Intake Maninfold without a throttle body or port matched head........right??? Thanks in advance.

Your not going to feel a difference with a stock head, especially on D-series motors. Motors can only suck in so much air, anything more comes from forced induction. Your stock TB will work fine if you do decide to get the Skunk2 manifold. Good luck though...

Stock TB will work fine with stock head/cam as states above. For increased throttle response, a 60MM TB would not be a bad choice
