Default DPFI to MPFI with MPFI harness on b16

Look here everyone...I have made a few other posts but had no luck this is my last try to get an answer. I have an 88 crx dx with DPFI. I put in a b16a that came from another 88 dx with dpfi that was running ok with no codes. I swap the engine and engine harness into my dx not modifying the harness at all. It has a resistor box and 4 fuel injector plugs as well as an extra plug on the passenger shock tower maybe for the quick disconnect of the vtec wires??? The car fired right up with NO modifications done to this harness whatsoever. I just plugged in a pr3 and it fired up. Im throwing codes 4,5,14,and 21. Do i still have to run wires c1,c2,a3,and a7?? I tried running c1 and c2 to the dizzy and after doing so the car just turns over and wont fire. Why would I need to run a3 and a7 if I already have 4 injector plugs?

I have an 89 DX that had some similar probs let me see if i can help ya out

Ok you said you installed the harness with no modification. You have to make some modifications to your ECU harness the plugs into the PR3. Make sure u did the following then we will go on from there.
this is using the passenger hasport harness to modify a dx to mpfi...you will have to remove many wires so just insulate them good so they dont short

did move/install the following wires to your ECU harness?
first move wire B2 to b19 ....then install
yellow 18 gauge wire to A3
red 18 gauge to A7
green/yellow 18 gauge to A8
white/red to C8
orange 20gauge to B10
white/red 20 gauge to b12
blue/black 20 gauge to b5

you should have
single orange wire going to your knock sensor
red/yellow and green/white to your TA sensor,
blue/yellow and black yellow wires to EACV
blue/black and black wires to VTEC oil
red/white and green/white wires to TW sensore

as far as your map sensor...that uses the stock wires from the crx...so you must have a faulty sensor or a short somewhere
