I'm using a D-Series TPS and MAP on my B16A and I'm not having any problems, so I would assume that they are interchangable.

did you set the tps back to spec? .45 at idle and 4.5 at wot. as for the map sensor if you got one then swap it if not you can try to check it to see if it bad or not.

-Turn the ignition on
-back probe the middle wire on the tps sensor.
-with the throttle closed it should read .5 volts
-with the throttle completely open, it should read 4.5 volts

If it doesnt, loosen the two screws holding the sensor down, and rotate it till you get the desired readings.
