I have a line on a set of Crower stage 2 cams. Does anyone have any experience with these cams on B20 vtec? If no luck with this cam, what is a good recomended cam to use?

Also was told Omni power makes a fare a set of valve springs and retainers. Are they any good? If not what is recomended?
