I wanted to have my bumper lights on at all time (instead of being turn lights), so I cut the wires where the low beam/turn light (corner lights) was and when I try to plug the bumper lights to the corner lights it goes off everytime it makes contact...How can this be done?!?!

Also in the corner light there are 2 bulbs one always lights up but the other never does what is it for (maybe it's burned out but on both??...)?

Those are your parking lights, one bulb is for the turn signal, the other is just the parking light.
