Will a stock Acura CD Player fit in accord?

Will a stock Acura CD Player fit in accord?
i could find this in search. i have a 92 accord my awia mp3/cd player got stolen from my ride last week and i am thinking of putting a stock one back in. i know accord/lude will work but will accord /acura or civic work as well?? oh and does anyone know if stock will play burn disks??

yes the stock acura cd player will fit your car...and it does play burn disks....i think all you need is a stock acura harness to plug and play....
