Default OEM Fog lights, Have you changed the bulbs ?

I was curious...

If anyone has the oem fog and changed the bulbs, what did you replace them with?

I am possibly looking into getting the lights but don't want just stock lighting... I have come across (H3 Super White Xenon 12V True 100 Watt Output) and would like to know if anyone has used them.

Any thoughts?

My cat's breath smells like cat f00d....

keep in mind that most, if not all, super[bright/white/blue/megabright/yellow/whitywhite] bulbs will burn out way faster than stock replacements...

For $20 let them burn out 100 hours quicker

Not that they would be used often or a lot...

I have the 100wt High beam bulbs and they are lasting a while :shrugs shoulders:

Well this small investment is to get me to expo with out incident. I travel at very high rate of speeds on long stretches of roads, and with all the raccoon, deer and kangaroo hits I'd rather see a bit better

Like my hids and high-beams don't do anything

But the question is ... how does fog lights, with their wide beam pattern, help in high speed situations?

But at the speeds Bbasso tends to travel at, I doubt the wider pattern lighting up the sides of the road is going to help much.

I thought that the stock bulbs worked just fine in mine.

So last night while traveling at mock 4 with the little bit of hair left on my head on fire, I was able to see clearly that a small child holding a large raccoon and when right under the front passenger tire.

Use the H3 PIAA Platinum Series (Super white). They usually last about a year and a half +. Decent price and decent light output.

NOS makes the Ntimidator illuminated nitrous purge kit that uses a focused LASER BEAM to light up the night sky...you should use that

install them, then point them upwards towards a 20 degree level.
