Long cranking '99 EX sedan with 63k when cold out and less than 1/2 tank of gas??
We just got a '99 EX sedan and whenever it is cold out and you have less than half a tank of gas in it. The fuel pump takes awhile to build-up fuel pressure. How hard is it to replace the fuel filter on this car. How much are the filters and do I need any special tools?
