wrong gear now auto reving

i have a jdm b16 92-95. i was racing the other night, was in 3rd went to go to 4th and went in 2nd. didnt brake anything but now i have a horrible auto rev problem any info would be helpful. also im throwing a code 9.

the motor reving up and down by it self.

Might be your IACV. Check it and clean it out.
