Couple Problems With My Integra
I have a 97 GSR with 109,xxx miles on it. I've been having a couple problems with it over the past month or so. First problem is sometimes when I go to start my car it won't start, I'll just hear this clicking noise. It can take a couple tries before it starts. Now this doesn't happen all the time, maybe once every couple days. 2nd problem l just be I've been having is that my car will just rev to like 2-3k rpm's. I'll just be sitting at a light and it will be idling normal and then all of a sudden the rpm's will just jump up to 2-3k rpm's and remain constant like that for minutes, but sometimes it only lasts seconds. I've posted before aobut this problem and they said it could be a vacuum problem? Well if it is, how can I check this and what should I do? This next problem hasn't happened until I got my water pump, timing belt, and ac,ps,alternator belt changed. We'll about 2 weeks ago I noticed that the temperature needle on my guage cluster was almost all the way to the hot side so I pulled over and it seemed like I was a little low on antifreeze. I went home after that and filled it up. Doesn't seem like I'm leaking antifreeze. We'll now like once or twice a day the needle will start to raise pretty high and I have plenty of antifreeze in my car. I usually just crank the heat and the needle drops down to normal operating temperature. It goes away after a couple minutes. Could it be that my radiator is going?
If you have any ideas on what are causing these problems and what I can do to fix them I would greatly appreciate it.

It might be the radiator going I myself went through that over the summer and had a hairline crack by my radiator cap. I have a friend with a GSR who is having the same issue. Clean the radiator good then spray some brake cleaner on it and let the car run, if you find any bubbles that is where there is leak. That is how I found mine. You can use that same process on your vacuum lines to find leaks.
I had the exact same problem with the radiator but it was my fan switch, it is located on the thermostat housing and all it does is un-screw, i replaced that and it solved my problems. as for the idle problem i had that issue a while back and the needle would jump all over the place just never faster then what i was going. and it would die and not start and etc etc, it ended up being the IGNITION switch, it is a 30 dollar or less part, rather than replacing the more expensive stuff try the smaller, cheaper stuff first.
