I'm about to convert my LS to ls vtec and I was wondering if I can reuse my stock ls throttle body with a Skunk 2 manifold for a gsr or b16 without modification? Is it straight bolt on? Also, can i transfer my stock sensors from LS to the new vtec manifold?

 

Yes, you can use the Throttle body on a b16 manifold. It worked for me with no leaking problems and the stock sensors work. I had to modify my ls throttle cable bracket to work on my skunk b16 intake manifold.

 

wont work on gsr

 

LS won't fit on gsr skunk 2 intake manifold? Can anyone be sure on this one bc that's the head I purchased for my conversion.

 

no it wont even fit, i have b18b1 throttle body and a b16 im, the throttle body had the lil sensor thing on the bottom, in which on the b16 it goes on the im, it also sits a lil over the edge on the bottem, so the lil passages in the throttle body will show on the bottem, idk if that will casue leaks, but i am not gon take that chane, i am just gon buy a b16 tb
