Default spring Rate too high?

I just got some APC coilovers for my eg. I know they are cheap but they were a gift and it is better than stock. I am going to get some GC in a couple of months but for now i am going to drop theses in. Anyways i noticed that the spring rate for the front was 450 and 350 for the rear. Is that going to be too bouncing or is it going to be ok. just want to know.

They`ll probably ride pretty rough, as APC uses a cheap spring.
