ok im trhoin a code 17 and i searched for a fukn hour wtf is a code 17 on b16

oh ****....i put in a jdm cluster today and i dont have the electrionic vss yet and i just went ahead and wired it up without it cause im gonna get it this week

well i went to a junk yard to get the sensor out of a 95 civic...but i didnt get it yet casue i dont know if i just need the speed sensor or if i need the wires and connector going from it to the cluster...can someone help me here
