seat coming out?

my sister has a rsx and y the headpiece the seat part is coming out, anyone else faced this problem?

Yo, Yuri, **** should still be under warranty so make Acura take a look.

i thought rsx were like suppose to be one piece like si seats..how could the head rest come off
