Default Will I need Fuel management?

Hey guys, im new to modding internals of an engine. CRX w/ B16A cable tranny. It has 4-2-1 header and ITR IM. now my friend, who is selling it to me for a great price, is offering JDM SIRG DC integ cams for 100 bucks and brand new ITR piston heads for 100. Now if I install these are there other factors I need to take into account? wont my compression go up? what will happen if everything else is kept stock int eh engine, i.e gasket, head bolts etc. and most importantly will my fuel management be all messed up using the ecu it has now?
