id go with the tokico illumna coilover kit. skunk 2 are not the greatest imo. Ive owned them. The tokico illumna kit is pretty sweet package and they will waranty them(without hassel) if your using there whole kit. Ive had great customer service from tokico. Is there even customer service for Tein in the usa?

I think i remembered reading somewhere (maybe it was Tokico's web site) where they said they will not warranty a "race" part, such as their tokico illumina R coil over kit. I guess its because they dont know how hard u are gonna abuse it since its designed for track use. This only applied to their true coil over package, not the regular illuminas with separate lowering springs. I could be wrong though.

between the two, i'd go with the tokicos and skunks over the teins.

however, i recommend you save the money until you can afford a koni sport / ground control setup. you'll get a much better shock and a sleeve / spring combo that is top notch.

if u were to go with tein get the TEIN S Tech springs, they lower up to 2 inches and have a more comfortable ride, id say ur best choice is to go with the teins
