Default 90-'91 CRX DX vs Si TPS

I've just about got all the misc. pieces and parts lined up for a MPFI swap on my 1991 CRX-DX. I purchased a "complete" intake assy to find that the throttle position sensor (TPS) was trashed... big surprise. I scoured the local salvage yards only to find that every D15/16 motor that still had a throttle body attached had a battered TPS. Long story over, here's my question....

As the TPS on my DX's D15 engine is in fine shape, is this compatible to just swap over to the '90 Si throttle body?

If not, anyone out there have the correct TPS available?

Thanks in advance.

Not the same!!!
The DX TP sensor (EF) is the only one that will not work.
It spins in the opposite direction.
It will bolt right up, but will not work.
One more thing, it is also wired differently, if you are using a DX harness on
any other TP sensor, you have to switch the two outer wires.

DX swings the opposite direction of the Si and HF.

They sit completely different. If the TPS is made to bolt onto the throttle body, it won't rotate because it's at the extent of it's rotation before the throttle is moved... I tried that too

Good news is that ANY TPS off of a 4 injector honda will work. As long as it's not a downward pointed TB, you're good to go.

I think my B16a has a TPS off of a 93ish CX engine right now.
