retapping block?

Default retapping block?

If a block has som of the threads for the head bolts stripped out, can you just retap them? or do you have to change blocks? im going to change over to head studs and i need it to be able to hold over 20 lbs of boost. and its a d16z6

if its stripped since its an aluminum block you could tr to re thread them,personally i would heli coil it

are timeserts better than helicoil? and will they hold all that boost?

you mean when you bore out the hole bigger then slide the metal tube in? then thread the tube instead? if thats what you mean its a form of heli coil its stronger and better
