Default My integra wont rev past 3500 rpms.

My car started to not run right so I have decided to return the whole car to stock. I found out that the distributor had messed up. I replaced the distributor. It ran ok for a while but all of a sudden it started to run like **** again. Now, my car will not rev past 3500 rpms. I just replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump. Could it be the fuel injectors? Can anyone help me on this issue? Thanks for the help.
