Yes. This was designed for a Civic that didn't originally have a front stock bar. This bar was previously on my 1993 CX (didn't have a front or rear bar).

I'm confused where it bolts to on the LCA.. I'm interested, but can we work on the shipping? Ship address is : Kansas City, MO 64127 business address.

To be honest I am really not sure about where it bolts. I had a shop install and remove the bar.
Yes, FedEx is cheap, but I have already shipped a sway bar and it was easy $20 just because of the large size and weight of the box.
